Birthday Parties
For a fun-packed birthday party with a difference, Clip ’n Climb has the answer. Our parties are for climbers aged 4 years and over…yes adults can join in the fun too! Our parties offer good healthy fun, with lots of exciting climbing challenges and delicious home cooked food.
We offer the following party packages at weekends and during school holidays.
Big Cheese
minimum of 10 climbers maximum of 15
9.30am, 12.00pm, 3.00pm
£22.00 per climber. Starts with a thirty-minute harness fitting and safety talk, followed by an hour climbing, a reserved area for food for 45 minutes after climbing (downstairs).
A choice of either a 6” margherita pizza OR
one of our Little Climber meals, food is ordered on the day.
Jugs of squash are also included.
Numbers for the party are taken on booking and a full payment link sent.
Cloud 9 Party
HOSTED PARTY
minimum of 12 climbers maximum of 20
10.00am,1.00pm or 3.30pm
£26.50 per climber. Starts with a thirty-minute harness fitting and safety talk, followed by an hour climbing. Exclusive use of the party room for the duration of the party with 45 minutes for food after climbing. Food provided includes: margherita pizza, garlic pizza bread, carrot and cucumber sticks and chips, followed by fresh fruit and ice cream. Each party climber also receives a standard slush or Fruit Shoot. Jugs of squash are also included.
A £100 deposit is taken on booking, with final numbers and full payment taken two weeks prior to the party.
Gold wristbands for the party group and birthday child gets a FREE Leap of Faith.

Twister Party
minimum of 8 climbers maximum of 12
10.30am, 11.00am, 1.30pm, 2.00pm, 4.00pm or 4.30pm
£22.00 per climber.
Starts with a thirty-minute harness fitting and safety talk, followed by an hour climbing, a reserved area for food for 45 minutes after climbing (upstairs).
A choice of either a 6” margherita pizza OR
one of our Little Climber meals, food is ordered on the day.
Jugs of squash are also included.
Numbers for the party are taken on booking and a full payment link sent.
Timings for parties during school holidays and midweek term time may vary.
We can cater for larger Cloud 9 parties, but please contact the centre and we can advise you of availability.
Most dietary requirements can be catered for, if you have any queries, please email us in advance.
Accompanying adults are more than welcome to relax and spectate from the café area.
Adults who wish to enter the climbing arena to assist their children, must attend the safety talk at the start of the session.

MIDWEEK (‘AMAZING’) PARTIES

minimum of 12 climbers, maximum of 20
available at 4:30pm or 5:00pm, Wednesday to Friday during term time.
£19.50 per climber (minimum age 4 years)
Starts with a 30-minute harness fitting and safety talk, followed by an hour climbing. Exclusive use of the party room for the duration of the party with 45 minutes for food after climbing. Food provided includes: margherita pizza, garlic pizza bread, carrot and cucumber sticks and chips, followed by fresh fruit and ice cream. Jugs of squash are also included.

available at 9:00am every weekend (suitable for climbers aged 2 years+)
£14.50 per climber
Starts with a 15-minute safety talk and harness fitting followed by 45 minutes climbing. The party group can then relax and enjoy pancakes, toast, yoghurt and fruit in a reserved table seating area for up to 1 hour after climbing.
Jugs of squash are also included.
